The driver must have a valid driving license and should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in driving. The minimum age requirement for the driver is 21 years old. If caught breaking the rule, a penalty may be levied in case of multiple drivers.
We provide vehicles with a full fuel tank to enhance our client's convenience. Clients are expected to return the car with the tank full. In case they miss, additional refuelling fees will be applied.
We usually offer a full refund if the rental is cancelled a few hours before the pick-up. However, cancellation fees will be levied if it is done at the end moment. No refunds if the booking is cancelled after the pick-up time or the driver does not show up. We provide customer-friendly pick-up and drop-off services. So, you can choose the location from where you would like to pick up the vehicle or drop it off. Our team will be present with the car at the site at the scheduled time.

We provide vehicles with full fuel tanks. The customers are expected to return the car with a full fuel tank. Therefore, we do not charge an extra cost per kilometre.
It is mandatory to register all the drivers in the rental agreement while hiring an OCR vehicle. If you wish to add a driver’s name at the end moment, you can contact our nearest office and add the name. Driving a rented vehicle by an unregistered driver is strictly prohibited, and its breach may attract severe penalties.
