When you book the trip with us, you will be provided with all the necessary details, such as the name and contact details of the driver, vehicle number, airport pick-up location and other instructions. You can also check the details on your booking app.
Yes, we appreciate it if you do. Folding wheelchairs occupy extra space in the vehicle. Therefore, luggage space may only be protected if you inform beforehand. Also, we provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles. So, mentioning a wheelchair when booking will help us offer you convenient services.
The ideal duration we recommend is 30-40 minutes after landing if you have check-in luggage. For carry-on luggage, 20 minutes should suffice. However, customs clearance and other checking might take up to 1.5 hours if you are coming by an international flight. Once you are through the procedure, calling your driver and informing them about your arrival is best.
The final booking amount includes total service fees, taxes and even tolls and meet & greet service fees. So, apart from additional services like a child car seat, you do not need to pay any extra.
When booking, we provide our customers with details related to the chauffeur, such as name, contact details and ratings.
