1. You may cancel a booking with us any time before the day you are due to collect your vehicle. Simply call us on 1300 951 782 or email us at admin@ocr-australia.com (Please include your Booking Number & Full Name).
2. If you contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time a full refund will be issued.
3. If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the pickup time but less than 48 hours, you will be refunded the pre-paid amount less a cancellation fee of up to $85.00.
4. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup you will be refunded the pre-paid amount less a cancellation fee of up to $165.00
5. If the value of the reservation is less than the cancellation fee, you will not be charged any further amount and will not be entitled to any refund
6. If you fail to cancel your reservation prior to the pick-up time and do not collect the vehicle on the pick-up date, a no-show fee of the entire prepaid amount will be forfeited.
